What we do

One contractor, every trade

We run the whole job in-house — demo to punch list — so you are not chasing four different subs for one bathroom.

Residential and light commercial. If it is not on this list, ask anyway — tell us what you have in mind.

Why Hoboken GC

We work in your building, not just your unit

Hoboken jobs come with elevator reservations, certificates of insurance, board rules, quiet hours and neighbors on the other side of the wall. We plan for all of it — dust barriers, floor protection, daily cleanup — because a clean job site is the difference between a renovation and a disruption.

Older brownstones, newer condos and mixed-use storefronts each need a different approach. We have worked on all three across Hudson County, and we tell you up front when something behind the wall changes the plan.

Straight answers

Questions we get every week

How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Hoboken?

It depends on the size of the room and what is behind the walls, and any contractor who gives you a number over the phone is guessing. What we can tell you is that a full gut of a standard Hoboken condo bathroom is a bigger job than it looks — old cast-iron waste lines, building water shut-offs and elevator scheduling all add time. We walk the space, write an itemized estimate for free, and tell you what is excluded so the number does not move later.

Do I need a permit, and who pulls it?

Most structural, plumbing, electric and HVAC work in Hoboken requires a permit, and we handle the filing as your licensed contractor. Cosmetic work like painting or flooring generally does not. If your building also requires an alteration agreement or a certificate of insurance for the board, we prepare that too.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor registration #13VH13409900 and carry general liability insurance. You can verify the license with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, and we will send a certificate of insurance to you or your building management before we start.

How long will my project take?

A single bathroom is usually a few weeks; a kitchen or a basement build-out runs longer, and new construction is a different conversation entirely. Permits and inspections drive the schedule more than the labor does. You get a realistic timeline in writing with the estimate, and we tell you the day something slips instead of the week after.

Do you work in occupied buildings with neighbors?

Constantly — it is most of what we do. Dust walls and floor protection go down before demo starts, we work within building quiet hours, we keep the common hallway and elevator clean, and debris leaves the site rather than sitting in the hall overnight.

Can you handle plumbing, electric and HVAC, or do I hire those separately?

We run all of it. That is the point of hiring a general contractor — one number to call, one schedule, and no gap where the tile guy is waiting on the electrician and nobody told you.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The walkthrough and the written estimate cost you nothing, and there is no obligation. Call or text 862-367-6888 — we answer around the clock.
